Experience:
4–6 years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to develop and support a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives. The role will involve working with stakeholders to define data products, establish a supporting data architecture, develop data governance policies, and ensure successful adoption of the strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive data management strategy aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop data products. Design a data architecture that supports self-service capabilities. Establish and implement data governance policies and practices . Develop a training plan to support the successful rollout and adoption of the data strategy. Coordinate stakeholders and project activities throughout the implementation. Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of data management principles . Experience with data architecture and modelling . Experience with metadata management . Strong project management skills. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms . Experience with data governance tools . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts. Experience with Agile methodologies , particularly Scrum.
