Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? /p h3What you will do /h3 pThe Lighthouse Integrations Engineering teams are responsible for large-scale ingestion and transformation of hospitality data into Lighthouse’s data infrastructure. We build and maintain complex data pipelines handling large data sets from a wide range of connected hospitality systems. On a daily basis, our integrations data pipelines process millions of hotel reservations, tens of millions of prices, transactions and other data points from hundreds of integrated systems, hundreds of terabytes of daily data. /p pAs bStaff /bb Technical Data Architect, Integrations /b, you will own the technical architecture of our Integration domains, a set of end-to-end data domains, unifying the world's hospitality data into a strategic unified canonical data model. This is a high-impact role where you will see your work directly translate into real-world applications that impact hotels worldwide. The role requires you to combine strong technical experience in data architecture and data engineering with a good sense of business acumen, product affinity and a drive for excellence. /p h3Where you will have impact /h3 ul liOwn the technical architecture of the data systems and pipelines that ingest and transform the massive volume of data powering our products. Your work spans multiple engineering teams and domains. /li liGather requirements to realize the product and technical vision and to ingest and process the massive data sets we retrieve from third party systems /li liMap out our current architecture, analyze and design the required future architecture to meet these requirements /li liHelp build, test, maintain, support and evolve the current and future architecture. Regularly dive deep into code, operational tooling, cloud resources, logs, monitoring, data quality, to stay grounded in the day-to-day reality of data engineering work. /li liProactively and continuously improve the architecture and system design. /li liSet up and own standards and best practices in data engineering and data architecture at scale. /li liBe a trusted go-to technical authority for the data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high quality. /li liCollaborate with the architects and leaders in other engineering and product teams, and in other parts of the organization to improve our organization’s architecture maturity. /li liEmbed AI strategy in the Integrations architecture, and set the standard for how AI is applied across the department in architecture and engineering work. Identify and prioritize AI initiatives across our pipelines, tooling and engineering workflows; design and pilot those solutions. /li /ul h3About our team /h3 pThe Integrations function spans multiple teams and domains that ingest, process, and move large volumes of varied data across systems.
