Job Description
As a Remediation Program Manager, you will lead a strategic diagnostic and remediation program for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Belgium, addressing data integrity and CSV gaps across a critical population of production equipment. Rather than managing a fixed execution scope, you will steer a team through a structured diagnostic process — confirming gaps, arbitrating between mitigation and remediation options, and building a decision-support roadmap for management. You will be the primary point of coherence across the program: ensuring findings from the CSV/Data Integrity Lead and the Automation & Equipment Solutions Engineer come together into a consistent, defensible narrative that the client's management can use to arbitrate budget across a much larger equipment population. We're looking for someone who thinks like a strategic advisor as much as a project manager — comfortable with ambiguity, rigorous in documentation, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. The Role & Responsibilities Reporting to Nalys leadership and acting as the main interface with the client, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a data integrity/CSV remediation pilot, from gap confirmation through roadmap delivery
- Coordinating the CSV/Data Integrity Lead and the Automation & Equipment Solutions Engineer to ensure consistent methodology across equipment families
- Structuring findings, cost estimates, and risk assessments into a coherent, presentation-ready deliverable
- Building an extrapolation model that projects pilot conclusions across the client's wider equipment population
- Facilitating governance and validation checkpoints with client quality, engineering, and management stakeholders
- Managing planning, budget tracking, and risk for the program
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client throughout the engagement
- Preparing and presenting management-level roadmap and arbitration materials. Skills & Qualifications
- You hold a master's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
- You have a minimum of 7 years' experience in project or program management within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
- You have solid working knowledge of data integrity, CSV, or quality/regulatory remediation programs
- You are able to arbitrate between technical options with budget and risk implications, and to communicate trade-offs clearly to senior management
- You have experience structuring decision-support deliverables (roadmaps, prioritization models) for executive audiences
- Your stakeholder management skills allow you to align technical experts, quality teams, and client leadership
- Your English and French communication is clear, structured, and confident in front of senior audiences
- You bring a diagnostic, consultative mindset rather than a pure execution focus. Your Team We will discuss that point in details during the recruitment process. The Recruitment Process By applying for the "Remediation Program Manager" position, you will go through the following steps in our recruitment process: 1. Olivia Braszko, TA Specialist, will analyze your resume and cover letter and schedule a first screening 2. You will have a second interview with our Technical Director, Yves Le Goff 3. The last interview will be with our Business Unit Director, Alexandre Ivankovich. If you enjoy turning technical complexity into a clear decision for senior management, and want to shape a new engagement with a major pharmaceutical player, we'd love to hear from you.
