Cloud Platform Engineer

pWe are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer who will be collaborate with other engineers to develop, implement and manage cloud solutions within our company. /ppThe Cloud Platform Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the automated infrastructure for our Azure Cloud and our Kubernetes Platform. This includes provisioning, configuration, and monitoring our cloud resources using Terraform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, IaC, Data (Databricks/DataFactory) and Kubernetes. /ppbTasks /b /ppDeveloping, Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting of Containerized Infrastructure. /ppBuild CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large and small-scale systems. /ppEnsure solutions are well-engineered, maintainable, and delivered on schedule. /ppWork with business and engineering teams to deploy new infrastructure in our Azure Platform. /ppMonitor the availability, latency, and overall system health. /ppTroubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. /ppCommunicate status and risks to the product and Management teams. /ppHelp automate and streamline operations and processes. /ppbIdeal Profile /b /ppbTechnical Skills /b /ppSignificant experience writing Hashicorp Terraform configurations and modules. Good Knowledge in OpenTofu/Biceps in a plus. /ppSolid experience in deploying/securing distributed apps with containers (Docker) orchestration (Azure Kubernetes). Solid experience in ArgoCD, Helm, etc. /ppExperience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code, etc. /ppProficient in translating designs into fully developed Terraform code. /ppStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud (certification is a plus). /ppSolid understanding of cloud networking concepts, subnets, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security. /ppExperience in enterprise-scale environments, building highly available IaaS and PaaS solutions /ppUnderstanding of landing zones, cloud-native security, monitoring and logging tools, and Well-Architected Framework principals. /ppExperience with containers related technologies and CI/CD tools
