What You Will Do
Act as key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, contribute to elicitation and analysis of business requirements, document business requirements, support project development process, and guide and coach junior team members.

Requirements
- Solid experience in Collateral management
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (stakeholder management, elicitation), preferably in financial industry
- Critical thinking along with analytical and problem‑solving skills to extract and apply relevant information
- Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
