We are looking for a Contracting professional to support Connexis, an international product available in over 40 countries. You will manage client relationships and contract preparation, learning country-specific requirements to become autonomous within two months.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding Connexis contracts.
- Prepare Connexis contracts accurately.
- Take ownership of your assigned client portfolio.
- Learn the product’s country-specific features and requirements.
- Apply relevant country specificities when preparing contracts.
- Become autonomous in managing your contracting activities within two months.
Must-have requirements:
- Fluent Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Technical writing skills and experience with process modelling techniques and methods.
- Good proficiency in MS Office and understanding of workflow processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, accurate approach.
- Diplomatic, customer-oriented communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to quality, detail and results.
- Ability to learn country-specific product features quickly; no minimum years of experience required.
