pBruxelles, Belgium | Posted on 23/09/2026 /p pWe are supporting a leading consulting organisation in Belgium that is looking to strengthen its Digital Manufacturing / Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) practice with experienced professionals at Senior Consultant, Lead and Manager level. /p pThis is an opportunity to work with leading organisations across Belgium and internationally, helping clients design, implement and optimise MES solutions within complex manufacturing environments. /p pYou will work across the full MES lifecycle, from understanding manufacturing requirements and designing solutions through to implementation, integration, testing, deployment and continuous improvement. /p pThe role would be particularly suited to professionals with experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices, although experience from other highly regulated or complex manufacturing environments will also be considered. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead or contribute to MES implementation and transformation projects from initial requirements through to go-live. /li liWork closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT and business stakeholders to understand operational requirements. /li liAnalyse manufacturing processes and translate business requirements into effective MES solutions. /li liSupport the design and implementation of MES architectures, workflows and functionalities. /li liLead workshops with client stakeholders to define current-state and future-state processes. /li liDevelop functional specifications, process documentation and implementation deliverables. /li liConfigure or oversee configuration of MES solutions where appropriate. /li liSupport system integration between MES, ERP, automation and other manufacturing systems. /li liManage testing activities, including system, integration and user acceptance testing. /li liSupport deployment, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes through digitalisation and automation. /li liManage project workstreams, timelines, risks and deliverables at Manager/Lead level. /li liWork with technology vendors and implementation partners. /li liSupport change management, training and user adoption activities. /li liCoach and develop junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the MES practice. /li liAt Manager level, contribute to client relationship management, proposals and business development. /li /ul h3Areas of focus /h3 pProjects may cover a range of MES and digital manufacturing topics, including: /p ul liManufacturing Execution Systems /li liMES Implementation /li liMES Integration /li liManufacturing Process Digitalisation /li liElectronic Batch Records /li liElectronic Work Instructions /li liProduction Execution /li liQuality Management /li liBatch Manufacturing /li liManufacturing Data Analytics /li liERP / MES Integration /li liManufacturing Operating Models /li liValidation Compliance /li /ul pExperience with one or more MES platforms would be highly relevant, including: /p ul liRockwell FactoryTalk /li liAVEVA /li liOther leading MES platforms /li /ul pStrong experience with PAS-X would be particularly relevant for candidates working within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. /p pExperience integrating MES with SAP or other ERP platforms, as well as knowledge of automation, shop-floor systems and manufacturing data, would also be beneficial. /p pExperience working in GxP-regulated environments and knowledge of validation requirements would be particularly advantageous for Life Sciences-focused projects. /p h3What we are looking for /h3 pWe are looking for professionals with strong MES and manufacturing technology experience, with seniority depending on the level of the role. /p pIdeally, you will have: /p ul liSeveral years of experience working with MES solutions within consulting, systems integration or an industrial/manufacturing environment. /li liProven experience contributing to or leading end-to-end MES implementations. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations. /li liExperience gathering business and functional requirements. /li liExperience translating manufacturing requirements into MES solutions. /li liKnowledge of MES integration with ERP, automation or other manufacturing systems. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liThe ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. /li /ul pFor Lead / Manager level, we would additionally expect: /p ul liExperience leading MES workstreams or full implementation projects. /li liStrong project and stakeholder management experience. /li liExperience managing and developing consultants or project teams. /li liConfidence working with senior client stakeholders. /li liExperience contributing to proposals and business develop
