ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient digital solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define solution architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop business and technical solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into solution designs. /li liCreate and maintain architectural artifacts, including: /li liSolution Context Diagrams /li liC4 Architecture Models /li liAPI Contracts /li liDeployment Diagrams /li liDefine integration patterns, API standards, and data flows to ensure scalable and maintainable system interactions. /li liEvaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and cloud-native services. /li liEnsure solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards. /li liConduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to security best practices and OWASP guidelines. /li liLead technical decision‑making and provide architectural governance throughout project delivery. /li liIdentify and mitigate technical risks and challenges. /li liGuide development teams during implementation and deployment phases. /li liIncorporate observability practices including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing. /li liDesign resiliency patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and fault tolerance mechanisms. /li liSupport security architecture initiatives including identity management, encryption, secrets management, and threat modeling using frameworks such as STRIDE. /li liAssess emerging technologies and recommend innovations that create business value. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong expertise in enterprise, solution, and software architecture design. /li liExperience designing microservices-based and API‑first architectures. /li liKnowledge of architecture governance, documentation practices, and design reviews. /li liStrong understanding of systems integration and enterprise application landscapes. /li liHands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as: /li liAmazon Web Services (AWS) /li liOVH Cloud /li liAbility to leverage native cloud services to optimize scalability and minimize custom development. /li /ul h3Development DevSecOps /h3 ul liExperience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent. /li liKnowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: /li liGitLab /li liJenkins /li liFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. /li /ul h3API Data /h3 ul liStrong understanding of: /li liREST APIs /li liGraphQL /li liOpenAPI / AsyncAPI Specifications /li liData Modeling /li liDatabase Management Systems /li /ul h3Security /h3 ul liKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards including: /li liISO 27001 /li liOWASP /li liZero Trust Architecture /li liExperience with threat modeling and secure solution design. /li /ul h3Networking Observability /h3 ul liUnderstanding of networking concepts and communication protocols. /li liExperience with observability, monitoring, logging, tracing, and operational resilience practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. /li liRelevant Solution Architecture experience in enterprise environments. /li /ul h3Preferred Certifications /h3 ul liAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional /li liMicrosoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert /li liOther architecture or cloud-related certifications /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. /li liAbility to influence decisions and build trusted relationships. /li liExperience working across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams. /li liResults-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability. /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively. /li libFluent in English one of French or Dutch /b /li /ul /p
