IT Procurement & Program Manager (K09885) Evere, Belgium (Hybrid) Start: 15 May 2026 – End: 31 March 2027 Duration: 11 months | Part-time (2 days/week)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement & Program Manager to support a strategic initiative within the defense sector, focused on strengthening datacenter and IT capabilities to ensure the resilience and availability of critical data. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate long-term strategic objectives into technical, organizational, and contractual solutions within the framework of public procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic IT and infrastructure goals into actionable procurement and program plans Support procurement processes for datacenter and telecom (TelCo) initiatives Define and structure technical and contractual requirements for large-scale programs Provide expertise on governance models, frameworks, and long-term partnerships Align solutions with Belgian and European public procurement regulations Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and best practices Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in IT procurement within datacenter and/or telecom domains Proven background in IT Program & Project Management Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure, telecom networks, and market players Experience with public procurement (government tenders) frameworks Ability to translate complex technical needs into market-ready solutions Familiarity with defense or federal government environments is a plus Languages English (mandatory) French or Dutch (one is required; both are a plus) Ideal Candidate You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of bridging technical, procurement, and governance perspectives.
