This initiative supports the ambition of the organisation. The program starts in Q1 2026 and aims to deliver new technical solutions to bring this initiative live. /p pWe are looking for someone who can advise the IT organisation on application solution architecture and are responsible for delivering the solution architecture for the program. Once designs are defined, the successful candidate will support the Agile team in realising the technical implementation, acting as bTechnical Lead /b. /p h3Engagement /h3 pThe objective is to strengthen an existing team. /p pWe are looking for someone with several years of experience as a bSolution Architect /band bTechnical Lead /b, with broad expertise in solution design and deep hands-on knowledge of application development, specifically: /p h3Solution Design in an Agile Context /h3 ul liExperience with full-stack application architecture /li liKnowledge of the healthcare sector and its architecture is a plus /li liExperience with both on-premise and cloud architectures /li /ul h3Data Management /h3 ul liDeep knowledge of data and analytics /li liExperience with rule-engine-like solutions /li liExperience integrating and exchanging data with third parties /li /ul h3Application Development /h3 pIn-depth experience with at least one of the following programming languages: bJava or Python /b /p h3Databases /h3 ul liExperience with Oracle RDBMS and related tooling /li liExperience with vector databases /li liExperience with SageMaker Studio is a plus /li liStrong experience with Scrum /li liCoaching developers to help achieve team goals /li /ul pThe right candidate is immediately available and able to start the assignment at short notice. /p h3Focus of the Role /h3 ul liDelivering the bsolution architecture /bfor the evidence-based prevention programme in collaboration with enterprise architecture and the team /li liTranslating functional requirements and business needs into solution architecture, documented using b4+1 architecture views /b /li liDelivering architectural building blocks incrementally together with the team (MVP-driven approach) /li liTaking an advisory role from a solution architecture perspective to drive optimisation and efficiency, including evolution towards automation, self-service, and standardised services for the business /li liWorking in an Agile way aligned with the vision of frequent, usable deliveries /li liKnowledge of local languages (Dutch and/or French – speaking and/or understanding) and bEnglish /b /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the design, development, and integration of IT systems in alignment with Enterprise Architecture /li liDeliver complex projects by analysing and understanding customer needs, identifying gaps between business requirements and technical implementation, and defining solutions to bridge those gaps /li liExplain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals /liliDeliver the project roadmap in collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams /li liIdentify project dependencies and decide what is delivered, when, and in which project /li liCollaborate with other IT teams when designing the solution architecture /li liCreate architecture design views using the b4+1 model /b: /li liDefine logical and process views in co-creation with the domain architect /li liDefine implementation and physical views in co-creation with the team /li liIdentify business risks related to solution implementation and ensure mitigation /li /ul h3Implementation /h3 ul liEnsure architecture views (4+1) remain up to date throughout the project via incremental updates /li liEnsure that the implemented solution architecture remains aligned with customer needs /li liActively contribute as bTechnical Lead /bduring project implementation /li /ul
