Ethics & Compliance Leader - Integrity Strategist

EUROCONTROL is seeking an Ethics Officer to lead the agency’s ethics strategy and ensure alignment with European standards. You will advise management on whistleblowing, conflicts of interest and anti-harassment processes, investigate concerns, and monitor the ethics framework across a multinational environment.

You will design and deliver training, review policies, and collaborate with DEI and external stakeholders to promote integrity and transparency at EUROCONTROL.
