Pardus Bridge Recruitment is supporting a banking client in Belgium looking for experienced Regulatory Reporting professionals with a Banking Risk background to support a regulatory reporting software migration and upgrade programme.
The assignment will involve working across business, risk, regulatory reporting and IT teams to support the evolution of regulatory reporting systems, ensuring that functional requirements, data flows and reporting processes are correctly implemented and validated.
We are open to both functional and technical profiles, provided candidates have a strong understanding of banking risk and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration, upgrade and implementation of regulatory reporting software within a banking environment.
- Analyse existing regulatory reporting processes, systems and data flows.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements from Risk and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders.
- Translate regulatory and business needs into functional specifications for IT and software delivery teams.
- Support data mapping, data quality checks, reconciliation and validation activities.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, UAT and implementation activities.
- Investigate reporting discrepancies, system issues and data inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Data and IT teams.
- Support migration planning, issue management, documentation and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure reporting solutions remain aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in banking regulatory reporting and/or Banking Risk.
- Experience working on regulatory reporting systems, software migration, upgrades or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting processes, data flows and controls.
- Experience working between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in testing, data validation, reconciliation or functional specification.
