Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment
- Own the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing to onboarding
- Talent Sourcing
- Use creative strategies to attract and engage top tier engineering talent.
- Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build meaningful connections with candidates and keep pipelines active.
- Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver the perfect match.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging process for every applicant

Jouw profiel
What we're Looking for:
- Trilingual communication
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken en written)
- Experience
- 1 to 3 years in recruitment, preferably in engineering or scientific fields
- Passion for recruitment
- You love finding and placing top talent.
- Proactive mindset
- You take ownership, follow up consistently, and continously seek improvement
- Team spirit & adaptability
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy collaborating
