Job description
- Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
- Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
- Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
- Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team. Key requirements -Minimum 5 years' experience post qualification. -Must have an EU Passport or RTW to work in Belgium -Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering). -Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team. -Prior experience in managing building services projects (medium and large scale). .
