h3bChallenge | /b /h3pAs IT Continuity process reporting officer, you join the enthusiastic and multidisciplinary IT Continuity Strategy ICRO team /ppTogether, you are responsible to ensure our Bank ability to react to a critical failure of an application or a datacenter. /ppYou collaborate to the embedding of rules defined by Regulators such as the European Central Bank, Belgium National Bank our Group Policies. /ph3Regulatory Group Compliance /h3ulliEnsure the IT Continuity process remains up-to-date and aligned with regulatory requirements /liliProactively review changes in requirements with Group representatives and adapt processes accordingly. /li /ulh3Audit Control Support /h3ulliParticipate in the execution of audits and control plans, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate, and timely. /liliFollow up on findings, ensuring remediation actions are tracked and closed within deadlines. /li /ulh3Risk Gap Mitigation /h3ulliMonitor and support the implementation of risk mitigation plans. /liliEnsure corrective actions are prioritized, documented, and validated with stakeholders. /li /ulh3Validation of IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Deliverables /h3pReview and validate IT Disaster Recovery reports. /ppApprove changes to application continuity levels in alignment with business impact analyses. /ph3Reporting Stakeholder Communication /h3ulliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to be presented on various boards and shared with regulators. /liliEnsure reporting is clear, actionable, and compliant with internal/external expectations. /li /ulh3bCasting | /b /h3ulliProven experience in assessing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements /liliExpertise in designing and maintaining dashboards/reports /liliWorking knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development /liliMS Office, ServiceNow /liliKnowledge of agile methodology /liliEnglish Proficient level required.br/Education Bachelor or equivalent years of experience. /li /ul
