h3bYOUR MISSION AT VOI /b /h3 pAs a bFleet Specialist Team Lead, /b you will divide your time between repairtasks (80%) and managerial tasks (20%), eg. hiring, training and following up on performance, for our team of Fleet Specialists. This will include: /p ul lipbLogistics: /b Supporting and collaborating with the team on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles /p /li lipbUpholding Quality Standards: /b Collaborating closely with the team to identify and rectify damaged vehicles in the best possible way. /p /li lipbTeam Management: /b Oversee your team's activities, ensuring tasks are conducted safely and efficiently, and work proactively to cultivate team performance and enhance processes to meet set expectations /p /li lipbCultivating Talent: /b Interview, train, and nurture a team environment that ensures year-round operational success, in line with set performance targets /p /li lipbSynergistic Planning: /bCollaborating with site managers to optimize work schedules, ensure efficient shift planning and execution /p /li /ul h3bWHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK /b /h3 pWe are looking for a hands-on team leader with a proactive mindset who can roll up their sleeves and take the initiative to overcome challenges and drive improvement in the day to day operations.
