About the team: The Capacity Management team, is organized around 3 main domains: Mainframe and Tandem technologies, Open systems technologies and a transversal domain supporting Business and Service Capacity Management (including the data and reporting infrastructure).

The Capacity Management team is responsible for a full set of activities covering both Capacity and Performance aspects.
The team collects the demand and forecasts the consumption of IT infrastructure handles capacity and performance operations to prevent Capacity and/or Performance incidents to occur is involved in various projects for ensuring applications are rightly sized and well-tuned before going in production.
About the role: You will work as a Senior IT Capacity Management Engineer in the Open Systems Technologies Domain.
This domain is responsible for the capacity and performance management on these platforms: Windows (including Service Fabric) Linux (including OpenShift) Hypervisors: ESXi, AHV Distributed Storage: PowerMax, ECS, Cohesity Network infrastructure Azure Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of the capacity and performance of the open system platforms Identification and investigation of capacity and performance incidents / problems Collaborate to the publication of the yearly capacity plan and its monthly follow-up Participate to projects to ensure that the capacity process is properly applied during the design phase Participate to projects to ensure that the non-functional requirements are properly tested and the objectives achieved Post launch follow up Capacity modelling Requirements: At least 10 years of experience with IT capacity management and performance engineering processes Proven experience with virtualized Windows and/or xirbnpk Linux systems on ESX or AHV Experience with the following platforms is a must: VMware ESXi Nutanix AHV OpenShift Microsoft Azure Experience with the following tools is a must: Splunk (Power User certificate is an asset) VMware vSphere Client Nutanix PRISM Dynatrace Good knowledge about one or more of our storage systems: PowerMax, ECS, Cohesity Good knowledge of SQL language, Excel, REST API, Ansible, Perfmon, Linux PCP Good English communication skills Good analytical skills Collaborative mind-set Nice to have: Agile and DevOps Power BI Scripting languages: python, powershell, bash,
