Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with clinical and administrative stakeholders to analyze current workflows and business needs Perform gap analysis between EPIC Wisdom functionalities and Belgian regulatory/clinical requirements Define functional specifications for custom developments and integrations Document interface and data flow requirements between EPIC Wisdom and local extensions Prepare development effort estimates, cost analysis, and business case inputs Translate complex healthcare processes into structured technical and functional requirements Collaborate with clinical teams, IT stakeholders, and external partners Profile Proven experience as a Functional or IT Process Analyst in healthcare or hospital environments Experience with clinical systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or healthcare digital transformation projects Knowledge of EPIC EMR and the Wisdom module is a strong asset Strong analytical, process modeling, and documentation skills Experience with Visio, business process modeling, and enterprise architecture concepts Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage complex stakeholder environments Languages French: Full professional proficiency English: Full professional proficiency Location & Work Model
