You will play a key role in defining data standards, models and target architectures while ensuring alignment between business value, governance and technology. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign and evolve bmodern data architectures /b using technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Data Lakehouse, SQL and APIs. /liliDefine bconceptual, logical and physical data models /b across enterprise and business domains. /liliDesign scalable bdata products, canonical data models, data flows, data lineage and reusable integration patterns /b. /liliDefine architecture standards, target architectures and technology roadmaps. /liliTranslate business requirements into scalable and pragmatic data architecture solutions. /liliWork closely with data engineering teams around bPython, Spark, SQL, Delta Lake and ETL/ELT /b. /liliDesign APIs and low-latency data access patterns for analytics and operational data consumption. /liliEnsure alignment between data architecture, governance, metadata, security and information ownership. /liliChallenge requirements and existing solutions when necessary and propose suitable architectural alternatives. /liliFacilitate architecture workshops and drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders. /liliCoach and mentor teams to improve architectural maturity and consistency. /liliLeverage bAI tools and AI-assisted development /b to improve productivity and delivery. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong experience in bData Architecture /b within complex enterprise environments. /liliStrong knowledge of modern cloud data platforms, particularly bAzure and Databricks /b. /liliExpert knowledge of bconceptual, logical and physical data modelling /b. /liliHands-on understanding of bPython, Spark, SQL, Delta Lake and ETL/ELT /b. /liliExperience with APIs, data integration and scalable data consumption solutions. /liliStrong understanding of bdata governance, metadata management, security and access management /b. /liliExperience with blogistics, warehousing, inventory, transport, parts, planning or supply-chain processes /b is a strong plus. /liliExperience defining architecture standards, target architectures and technology roadmaps. /liliKnowledge and practical experience with bAI tools and AI-assisted development /b. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills across business, product, engineering and architecture teams. /liliAbility to challenge requirements and translate business needs into pragmatic architecture decisions. /liliStrong collaboration and influencing skills in complex, cross-functional environments. /liliExcellent communication, facilitation and workshop leadership skills. /liliDelivery-oriented mindset with the ability to balance bgovernance, standardisation and business value /b. /liliStrong coaching and mentoring capabilities. /li /ulpFreelancer?
