About the job
What you'll be doing
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Design and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements
- Perform data cleansing, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain databases, queries, and data pipelines to support analytics needs
- Conduct predictive and statistical analyses to drive decision-making
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization
Skills & qualifications
- Fluent in French / Dutch AND English
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or R
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
