Freelance Assignment | Immediate Start | Several months | Hainaut

For one of our clients active in the pharmaceutical sector, Hays is looking for an experienced Freelance Export & Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support international supply chain activities during a temporary assignment.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily export and supply chain operations in an international environment
• Ensure product availability and monitor inventory levels across multiple markets
• Manage international orders from order entry through final delivery
• Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, warehouse and quality teams
• Oversee export documentation and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main operational contact for international distributors and partners
• Identify supply risks and contribute to continuous process improvements

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Customer Service or Export Operations
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of international trade, export processes and Incoterms
• Fluent in English
• Available at short notice or immediately available
