You’ll help shape our modern workplace strategy, lead technical initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders across our international organization. /p pbKey

Responsibilities:
/b /p pDefine and manage endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune. /p pOwn device configuration, enrollment, security, compliance, updates and application deployment processes. /p pDrive automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. /p pMonitor device health and user experience, ensuring secure and reliable IT services. /p pLead modern workplace projects, including integrating newly acquired companies. /p pManage hardware lifecycles, supplier relationships and Microsoft licensing. /p pAct as the technical lead for complex endpoint issues and mentor workplace engineers. /p pbJob complexity and challenges /b /p pWork in a multicultural, international environment with diverse stakeholders and local requirements. /p pBalance strategic projects with third-line technical support. /p pSupport a large-scale IT environment with 350+ servers, two global data centers and 35 remote locations. /p pTravel occasionally, approximately 10% of the time. /p pbAccountability and scope factors /b /p pShape endpoint management strategy and technology decisions supporting security, stability and business growth. /p pEnsure the availability and quality of endpoint management solutions. /p pAct as the technical design authority within Group IT and mentor mid-level workplaceengineers. /p pHelp define and deliver the IT roadmap in line with business priorities and budget. /p h3Qualifications /h3 pbYour Profile: /b /p pBachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience. /p pAt least 5 years of relevant experience. /p pStrong bMicrosoft Intune and endpoint management expertise /bacross multiple platforms, including shared, kiosk and frontline devices. /p pGood knowledge of bMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, application deployment and endpoint security. /b /p pExperience with bPowerShell, Microsoft Graph API /b, project delivery and mentoring engineers. /p pSecurity-minded, proactive and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. /p pFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus. /p pbAdded Advantage: /b Microsoft certifications, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Autopatch or Endpoint analytics experience. /p h3Additional information /h3 pbWhat do
