Responsibilities:
- Lead business and functional studies from analysis to solution recommendation
- Challenge requirements and identify opportunities to simplify processes
- Design pragmatic, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business needs
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Facilitate decision-making through clear recommendations and impact analysis
- Promote solutions that deliver rapid business value while ensuring long-term sustainability 🎯
Your Profile
- 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Solution Designer
- Experience working across multiple business domains and complex IT environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
- Good understanding of system integration and IT architecture principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Pragmatic, value-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with a strong command of English 🚀
