We're working with a scaling, well-established manufacturing company based in Mechelen who are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join their in-house development team on a permanent basis.
They design and produce equipment for industrial clients across Europe, and are investing in modernizing its internal software systems to support production, logistics, and quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and Angular on the front end
- Working closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to translate operational needs into scalable software solutions
- Contributing to the architecture and ongoing modernization of internal manufacturing systems (MES/ERP-adjacent tools)
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participating in code reviews
- Collaborating with a small, cross-functional team including other developers, a product owner, and business stakeholders
- Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner
- Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support
Your Profile
- 3+ years of professional experience with .NET / C#
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (recent versions preferred)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
- Experience working in or with manufacturing, industrial, or production environments is a strong plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus given the local team and location
- A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving legacy systems
