Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI, NLP, and machine learning applicationsBuild, train, and optimise machine learning and deep learning modelsImprove machine translation quality and performanceProcess, cleanse, and validate large and complex datasetsDesign and support scalable AI/ML architecturesCollaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end usersRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)Minimum 10 years’ experience with Python and NLP/ML developmentStrong knowledge of libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging FaceExperience with data processing, analytics, and large datasetsGood understanding of microservices and KubernetesKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.
G. Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databasesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDesirable SkillsExperience with vector search tools (e.
G. Annoy, Qdrant)Knowledge of async frameworks (e.
