pBruxelles, Belgium /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced (Senior) Java/DevOps Engineer in Brussels, Belgium with 8 years of experience, a good understanding of the software development lifecycle and automation tools for developing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines . /p pThis position is also open for EU candidates need to be fluent in English. All positions are long-term. Work permit and Relocation is required. Open for freelancers and contractors. /p h3Tasks and responsibitilies: /h3 ul liUnderstanding customer requirements and project KPIs; /li liImplementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure; /li liPlanning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities; /li liManaging stakeholders and external interfaces; /li liSetting up tools and required infrastructure; /li liDefining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation; /li liHave the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project; /li liTroubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs; /li liMonitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage; /li liEncouraging and building automated processes wherever possible; /li liIdentifying and deploying CyberSecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management; /li liIncidence management and root cause analysis; /li liCoordination and communication within the team and with customers; /li liSelecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools; /li liStrive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline); /li liMentoring and guiding the team members; /li liMonitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs; /li liManaging periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer; /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liBachelor or Master Degree; /li li+8 years of professional experience in the field; /li liUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle; /li liUnderstanding automation tools for developing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines; /li /ul
