You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of multi-channel communication projects for European institutions. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and high-quality service across all phases of campaign execution. This role requires strong project management capabilities, a deep understanding of EU affairs, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the development and implementation of 360° communication projects, including online, AV and web production, and event-based components. /li liMaintain regular contact with EU clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. /li liLead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, including financial tracking and KPI monitoring. /li liFacilitate collaboration across expert teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. /li liGuide and oversee junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. /li liEnsure sound financial management of projects, including budget planning, monitoring of expenditure, and regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. /li liEnsure quality control and continuous improvement through lessons learned and workflow optimisation. /li liSupport tender development and contribute to strategic proposals for new EU contracts. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in managing EU-focused communication projects or working with European institutions. /li liStrong understanding of 360° communication strategies and tools. /li liExcellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows. /li liOutstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills. /li liExperience in coordinating junior team members /li liFinancial and procurement awareness in project contexts. /li liFluent English (written and verbal); additional EU languages are a plus. /li liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in project or account management within the communication sector. /li /ul h3What
