At Newtree Impact, we are redefining impact investing, making it both accessible and performance-driven. /p h3Role Description /h3 pAs Investment Manager, you will play a strategic and firsthand role across the full investment lifecycle: from sourcing and structuring transactions to actively managing portfolio companies through value creation and exit. You will operate at the intersection of finance, technology, sustainability, and strategy, ensuring that each investment aligns with Newtree Impact’s financial, strategic, and impact objectives. You will be part of the Investment Management team, working closely with Investment Analysts and reporting directly to our Founder and CEO. /p h3Qualifications Responsabilities /h3 pbInvestment sourcing and opportunity identification /b /p ul liMonitor market and sector trends. /li liIdentify and source direct investments and fund participations. /li liAssess and develop synergies within the portfolio. /li liDevelop relationships with investment banks, funds, and sector experts. /li /ul pbAnalysis and due diligence /b /p ul liLead financial, operational, legal, and Impact due diligence. /li liBuild advanced financial models. /li liPrepare investment memoranda and recommendations. /li /ul pbTransaction structuring and execution /b /p ul liStructure and negotiate equity, debt, and co-investments. /li liCoordinate legal documentation. /li liManage deal closing. /li /ul pbPortfolio management and value creation /b /p ul liMonitor financial and impact performance. /li liProduce periodic reporting. /li liParticipate in governance bodies. /li liSupport portfolios' exit strategies. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in STEM or equivalent /li liComplemented by training in Corporate Finance and/or CFA, CAIA, GUBERNA, or an MBA. /li li7–10 years of relevant investment experience (in the Agrifood-tech or bioeconomy) /li liStrong financial modelling and transaction expertise. /li liKnowledge of ESG and Impact Investment. /li liFluent in English, French, or Dutch
