As a Financial Advisor within our Finance Operate team, you will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of international clients. You combine financial expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, helping organizations make informed decisions while ensuring operational excellence. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams of specialists, and play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services. From financial reporting and compliance to strategic guidance and process optimization, you will be at the heart of supporting our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities and anticipating business needs.
• Lead the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support clients with year-end closings, statutory reporting, audit coordination and tax compliance matters.
• Leverage innovative cloud-based technologies to optimize reporting, insights and decision-making.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and high-quality client solutions.
• Manage client engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Collaborate closely with tax, legal and consulting professionals to address complex business challenges.
• Guide and coach junior team members, contributing to their technical and professional development.

Let’s Talk About You

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit.
• You hold a Master's degree in Finance or a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy & Taxation.
• An ACCA qualification is considered a strong asset.
• You communicate fluently in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
• You enjoy combining financial expertise with technology and are eager to work with innovative digital solutions.
• You are client-centric, proactive and capable of building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have strong analytical skills and can translate financial information into actionable insights.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment while taking ownership of your responsibilities.
• You are ambitious, eager to learn and motivated to grow into a senior advisory role.
