We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for a modern manufacturing company specializing in high-precision plastic components. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who want to build their career in Belgium.
Your Responsibilities
- Programming 5-axis CNC milling machines using TopSolid CAM
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs
- Setting up and launching new products into production
- Programming and machining molds and tooling
- Performing quality controls and preparing inspection reports
- Analyzing and improving machining processes
- Working closely with engineering and production departments
- Ensuring quality and production standards are met

Who We Are Looking For
Experience with:
- 5-axis machining
- Process optimization
- Quality control and dimensional measurements
- Prototype and small-series production
- Mold manufacturing
- Knowledge of TopSolid CAM is an advantage, but not required. The company provides training, and candidates will have the opportunity to learn and develop their programming skills in TopSolid CAM after joining the team.
- knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with tooling, molds, and precision machining
- Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- European Union citizenship required
