VENUVO is an ambitious start-up that wants to approach the HVAC and energy market differently. We combine technology, smart processes and strong people to accelerate the energy transition. Our ambition is big: within the coming year we want to capture a substantial share of our market.
To make that growth possible we are looking for a Human Capital Lead who takes ownership of the whole HC domain. You work directly with the CEO and help build the team, the organisation and the culture VENUVO needs to scale up quickly and healthily. This is a role for someone who likes to think and to do: setting direction and delivering it yourself.
What will you do?
- Business partnering & organisation: you are the CEO's sparring partner, translate business needs into concrete people and organisation actions, and help think through roles, responsibilities and structure.
- Recruitment from A to Z: you translate our growth plans into staffing needs, help decide which profiles we need, and guide recruitment from approach and selection through to hiring.
- Onboarding, performance & development: you build a practical onboarding and a simple rhythm of objectives, check-ins, feedback and development.
- Employee lifecycle & HC processes: you are an approachable point of contact for colleagues and put clear, workable processes in place for contracts, administration, absences, leave and policies.
- Data & improvement: you track relevant KPIs, including headcount, recruitment, lead times and retention, and use them to set priorities and keep improving how we work.
What do we want to achieve together?
Your first assignment is to lay a solid but pragmatic Human Capital foundation that supports our rapid growth: a strong recruitment and onboarding process, clear roles and expectations, a workable performance and feedback rhythm, reliable HC processes and relevant KPIs. We keep it simple and scalable: processes must support our people and our growth.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a broad Human Capital profile that combines experience and maturity with entrepreneurship and a strong hands-on mentality. You quickly understand what the business needs, set priorities independently and take ownership. You have enough seniority to challenge the CEO, but get just as much energy from doing the work yourself. You communicate clearly and directly, are people-oriented and pragmatic, and feel at home in an environment where speed, change and responsibility are part of everyday reality.
