Phishing Campaign Planning and Execution /bbr/ /p ul liPlan, coordinate and execute phishing simulation campaigns across NATO entities.br/ /li liDefine campaign objectives, target audiences, scenarios and execution schedules.br/ /li liConfigure, test and validate campaigns before deployment.br/ /li liMonitor campaign execution and evaluate results against defined security awareness objectives.br/ /li liRecommend improvements based on campaign outcomes and organisational requirements.br/ /li /ul pbB. Phishing Template Development and Management /bbr/ /p ul liDevelop, maintain and manage an approved library of reusable phishing simulation templates.br/ /li liCreate realistic phishing scenarios based on current cyber threats and social engineering techniques.br/ /li liAdapt templates to different audiences, languages, organisational contexts and business environments.br/ /li liSupport NATO entities in developing and customising their own phishing simulation templates.br/ /li liEnsure templates are reviewed, validated and maintained in accordance with agreed standards.br/ /li /ul pbC. Threat Intelligence and Scenario Development /bbr/ /p ul liMonitor emerging phishing, email-based attacks and social engineering techniques.br/ /li liIdentify relevant cyber threat trends and translate them into realistic simulation scenarios.br/ /li liRecommend new campaign themes and scenarios aligned with current threat landscapes.br/ /li liShare threat insights, campaign findings and lessons learned with participating entities.br/ /li /ul pbD. Phishing Simulation Platform Administration /bbr/ /p ul liAdminister the phishing simulation platform and manage user access, roles and permissions.br/ /li liCoordinate platform whitelisting activities across NATO entities.br/ /li liLiaise with the platform service provider to resolve technical issues and service requests.br/ /li liTrack vendor support activities, platform changes and service updates.br/ /li liCommunicate relevant platform updates and operational guidance to stakeholders.br/ /li /ul pbE. License and Contract Management Support /bbr/ /p ul liMonitor software licence usage and availability.br/ /li liMaintain records of contractual dates, licence allocations and renewal requirements.br/ /li liIdentify opportunities to optimise licence utilisation.br/ /li liCoordinate renewal preparation and provide relevant information to designated commercial and procurement stakeholders.br/ /li liSupport contract administration while leaving commercial and approval decisions with authorised organisational owners.br/ /li /ul pbF. Reporting, Analytics and Performance Monitoring /bbr/ /p ul liPrepare entity-level, consolidated and management-level phishing campaign reports.br/ /li liAnalyse campaign performance using consistent metrics and reporting definitions.br/ /li liIdentify trends, vulnerabilities, risk indicators and areas requiring improvement.br/ /li liDevelop dashboards and performance indicators using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.br/ /li liProvide actionable recommendations to improve cybersecurity awareness and reduce human-related security risks.br/ /li /ul pbG.
