h3Compliance Transformation AI Specialist /h3 pFor a leading Belgian financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant with a strong interest and advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence. /p pThis is not an IT Developer role. /p pWe are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional who understands regulatory frameworks, financial crime prevention and compliance operations, while being able to leverage AI technologies to improve compliance processes, controls and decision-making. /p pThe ideal candidate combines deep financial services compliance knowledge with a genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive innovation initiatives within Compliance and Financial Crime functions. /li liIdentify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can enhance Compliance, AML, KYC and Risk processes. /li liCollaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Data and Technology stakeholders. /li liAssess regulatory implications associated with AI usage within financial institutions. /li liDesign and support the implementation of AI-enabled compliance solutions. /li liImprove operational efficiency through automation and intelligent workflows. /li liMonitor regulatory developments related to AI governance and responsible AI. /li liTranslate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions. /li liSupport transformation and change initiatives across Compliance functions. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for professionals who bring: /p ul liExtensive experience within Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Regulatory Affairs or Operational Risk. /li liStrong understanding of the banking and financial services environment. /li liDemonstrated interest and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence technologies. /li liAbility to bridge business, compliance and technology teams. /li liExperience with process improvement, automation or digital transformation initiatives. /li liKnowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk or regulatory compliance relating to AI is a strong asset. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liFluent English.
