What you'll do
- Provide 2nd
- and 3rd-line functional support across Oracle EBS Financials, within SLA
- Own incident, problem and service-request resolution; escalate to vendor and follow through
- Gather, analyse, design and document new requirements and change requests
- Produce functional/technical designs, specifications and effort estimates
- Run full-lifecycle testing ahead of user acceptance
- Build the knowledge base and train users on Oracle EBS best practice What you'll bring
- 10+ years as a functional expert in Oracle EBS Financials 12.2.x
- Deep across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Fixed Assets, plus Purchasing
- Budget, encumbrance and accrual accounting; public-sector accounting experience
- Strong problem-solving and a genuine customer-service instinct
