What will you be doing?You'll lead a team of talented professionals while managing a diverse client portfolio. Your days include:Building strategic client partnerships through regular visits, becoming their trusted advisor on decisions that matterCoaching and developing talent while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clientsDriving new business opportunities by actively participating in developing projects and servicesSharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publicationsWhat do you bring to the table?You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.
At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or EconomicITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plusNatural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmaticFamiliarity with the Antwerp region and a natural ability to broaden your networkWhat do we bring to the table?
