Preferably, that experience would be combined with proven Project Management and team coaching capabilities. Who are we? cyber security services to private and governmental organizations to help them better prepare for, prevent, detect and respond to cyber security incidents. All of this is built on four fundamental values that define who we are: We are Proud, We Break Barriers, We Care and No BS Tasks As a Principal Infrastructure Security Consultant , you will : Assist our customers in defining secure blueprints for their IT and OT architecture, either through auditing of the existing design in a threat-based fashion or through the design of entirely new architecture designs. In this, you apply principles such as Defense In Depth and Zero Trust, you leverage security norms and standards of the organization and the market, and apply those in a pragmatic, risk-driven way; Review and challenge the design or set up of networks and related environments against market security standards (e.
G. CSI benchmarks, CIS18 controls, …) and / or based on threat assessments; translate this into actionable recommendations that align with security best practices but are prioritized based on the risk and opportunity for the organization, and fitting a strategic vision on how to improve the organization’s overall cyber security posture; Lead technical security audits of networks and systems, with support of our technical teams, in order to identify vulnerabilities or configuration shortcomings, with the goal to be able to implement a comprehensive and / or continuous security surveillance and monitoring of the infrastructure; Support our customers in the secure implementation of third‑party products (mostly in an IT context, but from time to time also in an OT context), through the design of technical and organizational security controls and the assistance of the customer in the implementation thereof; Design, implement and test resilient IT architectures, and support our customers with the implementation or improvement of their IT continuity and disaster recovery technical mechanisms and procedures; Support our incident response teams in the coordination of the recovery of infected systems, the identification of possible security improvements, and the implementation thereof; In general, as part of your role, you will also: Assist members of the team with your expertise, coaching our more junior cyber security consultants on the projects; Take responsibility in project management tasks to ensure that assigned projects are delivered in time, with the right level of quality and within foreseen budget. Requirements You have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working in an IT security or enterprise architect role; You have a minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience with technical implementations, configurations, and / or troubleshooting. You have an in depth understanding of operating systems, network/system protocols and IT architecture design. Knowledge of Active Directory security, Entra security or general Azure security mechanisms is an asset; You have demonstrated your ability to lead, coach and motivate colleagues working on the same project and effective interpersonal skills who participate as a team player. Experience in project management or in team management is an asset; You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing.
