As a Business & Process Analyst, you combine business analysis, process improvement and stakeholder coordination within a business-critical insurance platform. You help ensure data quality, optimise processes and act as the link between business users, external partners and IT teams.

You will join a Belgian organisation operating at the heart of the insurance sector. The company manages an industry-wide platform that supports insurers, public authorities and other stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to the reliability of essential insurance data while helping drive process improvements and future digital initiatives.
Your Tasks
- Analyse and formalise business requirements from different stakeholders
- Translate requests and incidents into clear functional specifications
- Act as the bridge between business users, external partners and IT teams
- Monitor and improve business processes and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support data quality initiatives through validation, reporting and dashboards
- Follow up incidents, requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to documentation, user support and change activities
Your Skills
- You have a first experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or in a similar role
- You are comfortable working with both business and IT stakeholders
- You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems
- You are interested in process improvement and data quality
- You can structure and translate complex information into clear requirements
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
- You work proactively and take ownership of your responsibilities
- Experience within insurance, financial services or a data-driven environment is a plus
