about the Role
As Merchandising Coordinator, you support the development and execution of the global merchandising strategy, ensuring a commercially strong, consumer centric and globally consistent product assortment.
You translate data, market insights and regional needs into actionable inputs that guide product creation, support go-to-market execution and drive sustainable growth.
How You Will Make a DifferenceBusiness & Market AnalysisMonitor global performance across regions and categories (sell-in, sell-out, forecasts, buys) to support data-driven decision-makingAnalyse consumer trends, competitor landscape, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunitiesTrack forecasts and sales performance to highlight key drivers and improvement areasDeliver milestone-based reporting throughout the GTM processMaintain and continuously improve reporting tools and databaseAssortment Planning & Product Strategy SupportSupport the definition of seasonal direction and merchandising strategyAssist in building globally aligned yet locally relevant assortmentsContribute to pricing architecture and margin optimizationPrepare and translate product briefs for Design and Product Development teamsHelp refine collections based on performance insights and regional feedbackGo-To-Market & Collection implementationSupport the creation of GTM presentations and product storytelling toolsEnsure clear communication of product direction, key franchises, and growth driversAssist in preparing showroom setups and sales materialsContribute to merchandising guidelines and global alignment principlesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Design, Product Development, Marketing, and Regional Merchandising teamsFacilitate smooth communication across functions and milestonesTools & SystemsSupport PLM data managementEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across systemsAssist in improving tools, processes and reporting efficiencySample Management & Process CoordinationCoordinate the flow of GTM2, preview and marketing samplesHandle sample-related invoicing (e.
