At Bebat, we are looking for an Integration Transition Architect to map our integration environment from A to Z, develop a forward-looking architecture and guide its implementation — from a position of independence and strong content expertise.What will you do?*Phase 1 – Understanding the current environment (AS-IS)**Phase 2 – Forward-looking architecture & partner selection (TO-BE)**Phase 3 – Implementation & transition guidance*### Who are you?
* You have at least 10 years of experience in integration architecture, preferably including legacy transition or migration assignments.
* You have demonstrable experience analysing and documenting complex, organically grown systems — including environments with limited documentation.
* You have a solid understanding of integration patterns and can quickly gain insight into existing systems and dependencies.
* You are able to translate technical insights clearly for a range of stakeholders — from developers to management.
* You have experience drafting technical specifications and guiding vendor selection processes.
* You are willing to critically challenge decisions and proposals from partners and to redirect where necessary.
* You are fully platform-agnostic — with no commercial ties to specific solutions or vendors.
* You combine analytical depth with pragmatism, can work in a context where priorities evolve, and can provide direction even without complete certainty.
* You have an affinity with broader enterprise architecture — this is a requirement, not a bonus.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English.### Practical information
