Together with The Positive Wave Crew, you’ll help build strong teams within our growing group of companies.

What will you do?

• You will actively seek out technical talent through various recruitment channels
• You’ll screen resumes and conduct job interviews
• You will guide candidates through the entire application process
• You’ll convince candidates why it’s great to work for us
• You’ll help with employer branding, social media, and digital recruitment
• You will support international recruitment processes
• You have experience with single permit procedures and follow them correctly
• You’ll ensure a warm welcome for new colleagues
• You will carefully monitor administrative tasks and reporting

Who are you?

• You have some experience in recruiting technical talent
• You have experience with single permit procedures
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English
• You work in an organized manner and with administrative precision
• MS Office holds no secrets for you
• You closely follow trends in recruitment and social media
• You’re bursting with creative ideas about employer branding
• You’re positive, driven, and a true team player
• You stick with it, even when things get tough
