Location:
Sint-Truiden, Belgium (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Rate: €240 per day We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with strong Creo expertise to support the client on advanced component design within a long-term engineering programme.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop 3D models and detailed technical drawings using Creo Work on components ranging from simple to complex parts, including housings Manage product data lifecycle within Windchill (check-in/check-out processes) Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs and ensure manufacturability Support ongoing product improvements and documentation updates Must-Have
Skills:
Strong experience with Creo for 3D modelling and drawing creation Proven ability to design mechanical components from concept to detail Hands-on experience xdkqlui using Windchill for data management Understanding of engineering drawing standards and best practices Fluent English communication skills Nice-to-Have: Experience in automotive or transmission-related projects Ability to work in fast-paced, on-site engineering environments Experience in long-term contract assignments
