Our solutions provide legal texts, compliance services, and expert support that enable thousands of online shops to operate with confidence. /p pAs a Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. Working closely with software engineers, a Product Manager, and an Agile Coach, you will help shape our cloud platform, enable development teams through automation and Infrastructure as Code, and contribute to a reliable, observable, and cost-efficient cloud environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pDesign, implement, and continuously improve scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS. /p pContribute to the introduction, deployment, and operation of new services and infrastructure capabilities across their lifecycle. /p pBuild and maintain reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components with Terraform and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling, primarily based on CircleCI. /p pHelp establish and evolve standards for monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability to ensure reliable and efficient operations. /p pSupport cloud governance, AWS resource lifecycle management, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and cloud security best practices. /p pApply AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to improve automation, delivery speed, and operational efficiency. /p pParticipate in incident response and on-call rotations, while collaborating with internal teams and external hosting providers to ensure reliable operations and maintain supporting infrastructure. /p p3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS
- such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SQS, etc.
- along with strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, ideally with Terraform /p pProven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions, ideally with CircleCI. /p pSolid scripting or software development skills in Bash, TypeScript or Python. /p pPractical experience using AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools in DevOps workflows, combined with the curiosity and ability to evaluate emerging AI capabilities. /p pExperience with containerized environments using Docker and Amazon ECS. /p pStrong understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability concepts (e.g. CloudWatch, Instana), including troubleshooting across applications and infrastructure. /p pKnowledge of cloud security best practices, AWS governance, FinOps, and experience working with externally hosted environments, complemented by practical experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools. /p h3What
