Assess resource requirements, define milestones, and identify project dependencies to reach research objectives.
Establish operational frameworks for project teams, including documentation, reporting, and meeting schedules.
Monitor progress against approved plans using resource dashboards and key deliverable tracking.
Evaluate project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating to management when required.
Identify opportunities for value creation within business processes and work methods in collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of the internal project methodology.
You have a Master's degree in computer architecture or engineering.
You bring 8+ years of experience in project management, change management, and project delivery.
You possess experience functioning within a matrix organization and interacting with multiple technical stakeholders.
You're result-oriented with a strong focus on internal and external relationship building.
Nice to HavesExperience with computer architectures, instruction set architectures, and system performance modeling.
Knowledge of system simulation tools such as gem5 or SST.
