pWe are looking for an experienced ICT Security Officer to support the governance, review and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across both office IT and industrial environments. Working closely with ICT, Digital and business stakeholders, you will contribute to strengthening security processes, analysing business and security requirements, and identifying practical improvements in a collaborative and evolving environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pCollaborate with ICT and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions. /ppDevelop and improve security governance procedures to enhance efficiency and collaboration across Digital teams. /ppAnalyze, document and improve business and security requirements using NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443 standards. /ppAssess existing infrastructure and business systems in collaboration with application, operations and business teams. /ppConduct bottom-up research, diagnostics and impact analyses. /ppIdentify security improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions. /ppContribute to the governance, review and continuous improvement of the ISMS across IT and industrial environments. /ph3Must have /h3pMinimum 5 years of experience in ICT security and functional analysis. /ppStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /ppSolid understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002 and IEC 62443 security frameworks. /ppFamiliarity with application and infrastructure architecture. /ppAbility to perform technical research, diagnostics and impact analysis. /ppExperience translating business and security requirements into practical solutions. /ppExcellent active listening, questioning and communication skills. /ppAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /ppIndependent, proactive and collaborative working style. /ppStructured, detail-oriented and pragmatic approach. /ppAdaptability to changing legal and organisational environments. /ppFluency in spoken Dutch or French and written English. /ph3Should have /h3pAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary ICT, Digital and business teams. /ppExperience improving security governance procedures and organisational processes. /ppAbility to balance structured methodologies with practical business constraints. /ph3Nice to have /h3p– Previous experience as an ISO 27001 auditor. /ph3Who we are /h3pbTransparency Honesty /b : We say things as they are.
