Mission Overview:This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:
Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
Analyse files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.
Language

Requirements:
Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
English: Profound knowledge.

Education:
Bachelor or Master degree.
Telework:Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge:At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Technical

Experience:
Good expertise in MS Office (mandatory).
Familiar with various IT tools (mandatory).
Business

Experience:
Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
