h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 pbRole overview /b /p pWe are looking for an experienced Migration and Data Quality Consultant or Developer to plan, execute and govern data migration activities while maintaining high data quality across SAP landscapes. You will define migration strategies, cleanse and validate legacy data, and establish data quality controls for SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and new SAP implementations. /p pbData migration and quality /b /p ul liAnalyze legacy data and define the scope, data objects and transformation rules. /li liExtract, cleanse, enrich and validate data in an SAP Insurance environment. /li liReconcile data between legacy and target SAP Insurance systems. /li liDefine and implement data quality rules, metrics and controls. /li liIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates and master data issues. /li liSupport data governance frameworks and master data ownership models. /li liWork with business data owners to improve data standards and processes. /li liPrepare and maintain data quality dashboards and reports. /li /ul pbTechnical and development responsibilities /b /p ul liDevelop ABAP and ABAP OO programs for data migration, validation and reconciliation. /li liCreate data transformation logic and mapping documents. /li liBuild error-handling and logging mechanisms for migration programs. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pbRequired qualifications and experience /b /p ul liAt least 3 years of experience in data migration and data quality management. /li liSolid knowledge of SAP master and transactional data objects. /li liAt least 3 years of experience with an SAP core insurance module, such as SAP FS-PM or SAP FS-CM. /li liExperience with data reconciliation and audit support. /li liStrong ABAP and ABAP OO development skills for data manipulation, migration and mass processing. /li liExperience with ETL and migration tools, such as msg.
AIM, LSMW and Data Services, as well as high-volume data loading techniques. /li liExpertise in data mapping, transformation logic and reconciliation reporting. /li liMeticulous attention to data quality, data accuracy and consistency checks. /li liExperience working in large-scale or complex SAP landscapes. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. /li liAbility to work under tight timelines and cutover pressure. /li /ul pbLanguages /b /p ul liGood English. /li liDutch or French. /li liFrench is a plus. /li /ul pbLocation /b /p ul liNearshore/offshore. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
