Through our independent position with respect to lenders, investors, and investment bankers, our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions.br/ /p pEY-Parthenon is growing and is looking for a bDirector /bin ourb Financial Due Dilligence team /b.br/ /p pThe Transaction Diligence team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with business plan assessment, including support to the transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 pAs a director, your tasks and responsibilities will include: /p ul liPerforming financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses. Identifying issues that may be of relevance and for assessing the impact thereof on the transaction. /li liYou identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce. /li liRegular liaison with the target as well as the client at all levels. /li liWorking closely with members of the team, sharing responsibility for the project, providing support, and communicating all issues, conclusions, and the progress made. /li liGathering, verifying and analyzing information, and formulating views and conclusions, and driving this process. /li liParticipating in the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with the client. /li liProviding coaching to others, share your technical and other knowledge with your team and the department and draw upon previous experience. /li /ul h3Skills and attributesfor success /h3 ul liHighly numerate with strong attention to detail /li liLogical and methodical approachbr/ /li /ul h3To qualify for the role you must have /h3 ul liMaster degree and more than 5 years of working experience in Transactions /li liGood accounting knowledge /li liTeam player with the ability to build relationships at all levels /li liYou have the necessary competencies to perform your job independently while using professional assertiveness /li liProject management skills and excel spread-sheeting skillsbr/ /li /ul h3Ideally, you’ll also have /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills and within a virtual working environment /li liEnrollment in the CFA program /li /ul h3What working at EY offers /h3 ul liAttractive remuneration package
