Within our Technology Consulting practice, we help clients turn their HR strategy into reality through digital transformation, process optimisation and leading HR technology solutions.
As an HR Technology Consultant, you will support organisations throughout their HR transformation journey, helping them redesign processes, enhance employee experiences and maximise the value of cloud-based HR platforms. Working alongside business leaders, HR professionals and technology experts, you will contribute to impactful transformation projects that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
What your day will look likeAs an HR Technology Consultant, you will:Partner with clients to understand their HR strategy, business priorities and transformation objectives, translating requirements into practical and innovative technology solutions.
Contribute to HR technology implementation projects across the full lifecycle, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
Analyse and optimise HR processes, leveraging leading practices and technology capabilities to improve efficiency, employee experience and organisational performance.
Facilitate workshops, challenge business requirements and provide strategic recommendations while building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges, ensure high-quality project delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital innovation.
What we will expect from youWe are looking for a collaborative and results-oriented professional who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in HR technology and business transformation.
You will ideally bring:A Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in HR technology implementation projects, preferably with platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM or similar solutions.
Experience contributing to end-to-end transformation or implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and provide value-driven recommendations.
A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative approach, growth mindset and eagerness to continuously develop your expertise in HR technology, digital transformation and consulting.
