Artwork & Packaging Coordination Expert

We are hiring We are currently looking for an Artwork & Packaging Coordination Expert to join our client, a biopharmaceutical industry in Belgium. In this critical role, you will act as the central coordination point to enable seamless collaboration across our Artwork & Packaging Operations. You will oversee workflows and partner with key stakeholders—including Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, and A&P sub-teams—to ensure that our packaging deliverables are timely, compliant, and ready for product launches and regulatory updates. What you will do:
- Oversee change requests and manage the end-to-end review of the Artwork & Labelling process, from kick-off to impact assessment.
- Create, schedule, and closely manage projects within our artwork management system to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Proactively resolve issues, mitigate project risks, and ensure process consistency across the board.
- Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders to deliver approved artworks and technical projects on time. What we are looking for:
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- You bring proven experience in coordination and administrative tasks.
- Having experience in a Regulatory and/or Supply Chain environment is a strong asset.
- You are comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- pharma sector.
- You are fluent in English (both written and oral); fluency in French is an asset.
- You are a structured, detail-oriented problem solver who can handle stress and embrace challenges.
- You are highly computer-literate, service-minded, and possess excellent communication skills with a strong team spirit.
- You are open-minded, flexible, and always ready to go the extra mile to reach targets.
