We are looking for technical professionals who want to develop their careers within Unified Communications, IT & Infrastructure.

Depending on your interests and experience, you can focus on Project Engineering, Technical Presales, or a combination of both.

• As a Project Engineer, you ensure that solutions are technically prepared, installed, configured and delivered correctly.

Key areas include: building, configuring, implementing and troubleshooting.

• As a Technical Presales Engineer, you translate customer needs and technical challenges into concrete solutions, architectures & proposals.

Key areas include: analysing, advising, designing and presenting technical solutions to customers.

What will you do? Depending on your experience, knowledge and interests:

• Design and develop technical solutions
• Analyse customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Contribute to quotations, tenders, solution designs and technical proposals
• Prepare and conduct proof-of-concepts and demos
• Test and validate solutions in the lab
• Carry out installations and migrations at customer sites
• Configure and manage UC, IT and infrastructure environments
• Analyse and resolve technical issues
• Perform upgrades, maintenance and lifecycle management
• Provide customers with technical advice and support
• Develop technical documentation and configurations
• Guide and train customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with sales, project management and technical teams

Required skills:

• Have a degree in ICT, Electronics/ICT, Industrial Sciences or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
• Have experience with IT infrastructure, networking, systems or Unified Communications
• Are customer-oriented and a strong communicator
• Are analytical, structured and solution-oriented
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Have an interest in both technology and its practical application
• Speak Dutch and French and have a good command of English
• Hold a valid driving licence (B)
